Pricing & Availability:

  • Credentials: All signings are conducted by a commissioned Indiana Notary and Licensed Title Producer.

  • Travel: Base fees include travel within 25 miles of Auburn or Fort Wayne. Extended travel will be quoted per assignment.

  • Rush & Logistics: Same-day requests (less than 4 hours notice) and after-hours assignments (M-F, before 8:00 AM or after 5:00 PM) incur a $50.00–$75.00 rush fee. Additionally, document printing, scan-backs, and courier services (e.g., FedEx/UPS drop-offs) are subject to additional service fees.

  • Cancellations: A $50.00 trip fee applies if the assignment is canceled while the Notary is in transit, or if the signing cannot be completed due to document errors or signer refusal.
