    • Breakdown: $25.00 Remote Notary Service (includes secure session, credential check, and 1st stamp/signature) + $30.00 Administration Fee.

  • Remote Online - Additional Signatures: $15.00

    • Per additional signature required on the same document during the session.

2. Traditional & Mobile Notary Services (In-Person)

Standard, face-to-face notarizations kept clear and simple.

  • Standard In-Person Notary Package: $40.00 total

    • Breakdown: $10.00 Notary Service (signature and stamp) + $30.00 Administration Fee.

  • Travel - Standard Mobile Surcharge: $30.00

    • Covers time, dispatch, and fuel within our local operating radius.

  • Notary Service - Additional Signature: $5.00

    • Per additional signature required on the document.

3. Business & Automotive Flat-Rate Packages

  • Standard Automotive Title Packet: $110.00 total / packet

    • Breakdown: $80.00 Automotive Title Packet (covers all title reassignments, odometer disclosures, and bills of sale) + $30.00 Administration Fee.

  • Standard Corporation Packet: $110.00 total / packet

    • Breakdown: $80.00 Corporate Notary Packet (covers operating agreements, corporate resolutions, corporate amendments, and bylaws) + $30.00 Administration Fee.

  • Shipping & Handling: Market Rate / Carrier Cost via UPS

    • Secure, trackable priority or overnight shipping of original physical titles/documentation directly to your office or the state DMV.
